To Have Been Used on: Hoppe HLS 9000 Genoa and Verona, Sierra Pacific CA Sliding Patio Doors

Known Part Numbers: HPS2070803BU / HPS2080737WS / HPS2061421SP

To Install: 

1. Remove Handles trim from door.
2. Remove the set screw from the Crescent Thumb Turn 
3. Replace the shaft Bushing, Washer and Spindle Fork
4. Reattach Crescent Thumb Turn with set screw (set screw will insert into hole opposite side of the prong fork end of the spindle).
5. Reinstall handles set trim
