Handing: Left Hand Or Right Hand - Locks are handed the under side of the lock is stamped with a L or R see pictures.

Kit comes with: 1 Lock (Left hand or right hand), 1 Face Mount Keeper and screws

Allows double hung or single hung windows to lock but also to tilt to wash outside of window or remove sash.
